Have you always wanted to learn how do a research project? Do you want to understand more the research that you read? This lecture will take you through the process that was needed to produce a survey and review some of the basics principles of research. It will also review the actual results of the research Lactation Consultant’s Perception of Musculoskeletal Disorders of Breastfeeding: A Cross-Sectional Survey, and go through some important aspect of the discussion and plans for future research.

Dr. Valérie Lavigne DC graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1998. In July 2005, she successfully completed the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiner exam becoming the first chiropractor in Quebec to succeed. She has her fellowship in pediatrics from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has graduated in November 2014 with a Master of Science in Pediatric Musculoskeletal Health from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College. She is working in private practice in her chiropractic clinic in Kirkland, Quebec.
