This self-directed course provides a complete study guide to the topic of communication.
The coursework should take approximately 5 hours as you work through the study topics course content, and online required readings, listen to some audiovisual presentations, and practice some communication skills activities. The course has interactive activities and a final multiple-choice assessment to assess your knowledge.
